The conference integrates innovative training programs and presentations tailored to the needs of Lectora® users and the eLearning community.

One of the most exciting new features at the 2011 Lectora User Conference includes Instructional Design Training for the Everyday Developer on May 9th. Trivantis understands that an instructional designer’s greatest role is to bridge technology and education together, and solid Instructional Design is vital to maximizing the effectiveness, efficiency and appeal of instruction in eLearning. This session focuses on helping you understand and master all aspects of Instructional Design for innovative online training.

The training covers all phases of an effective, focused Instructional Design process including the Plan, Analyze, Design, Develop, Deliver, Measure, and Support phases. Attendees will discover ISD methodologies for Lectora eLearning authoring software as well as tools to use throughout the ISD process.

Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to identify and describe each phase of focused Instructional Design, describe the inputs and outputs of each phase, and also explain and demonstrate performance of the tools in each phase. The training session also provides more information on analysis questionnaires. The Instructional Design for the Everyday Developer is filled with rich and useful information that each attendee will find beneficial for their instructional design needs.

Attendees may also participate in new Lectora Tools Training on May 13th. This training course focuses on the use of Flypaper™ for Lectora, Camtasia® for Lectora, and Snagit® for Lectora. Participants will learn how to develop professional-quality Flash animations with Flypaper as well as develop videos and custom images with Camtasia and Snagit. The event also features Lectora Fundamentals, Intermediate and Extreme training to accommodate a range of skill levels.
