Assigning students to a reporter by the sub-org

You can assign students to a reporter by the sub-org. When you assign a course to a sub-org, all students in the sub-org appear on the reporter's list of students.

To assign students by the sub-org:

1. Click the Users side-tab from the Home Page.

2. Click Manage Reporters. The Add Students to Reporter List.

3. Click Sub Org.The Add Sub Orgs to Reporters List window opens. The sub orgs assigned to the reporter are listed in the top of the window.

4. Use the Reporter drop-down list to select the reporter.

5. Select the sub-org you want to assign from the bottom of the window.

6. Click Add Selected To List.

The sub-org is added to the reporter's list.
