Publishers can archive comments to complete their life cycle.
To archive a comment:
Click the Comments tab.
Locate and select the comment that you want to archive from the list.
To view the comment in the content, click the View in Content.
Click the Status list and select Archived.
Click Submit Response.
The status for the comment is changed to Archive and is removed from the list of current comments.
