You can notify the publisher that you are done reviewing an open content item and that they can no longer expect comments from you. The notification is sent as an email message that you can customize before sending.
To indicate that you are done reviewing:
Click the My Content to Review tab.
Locate the appropriate open content item and click the I Am Done Reviewing button. The Send Message window.
To carbon-copy the other reviewers, enable the CC Other reviewers of this content check box.
Update the Subject field as necessary and customize your message in the Message field.
Click Send Message.
The done-reviewing message is sent.
