Resolved in Release RL 3.4
  • Captivate SCORM 1.2 & 2004 courses load the first page of the course when the quiz results page is opened from “'View in Content”
  • Non-SCORM Storyline content sometimes does not completely load when launched from the 'View in Content' button.
  • Comments with "Needs Attention" status don't show up when you click the needs attention button for reviewer accounts
  • Sorting in the Sort by field in Android does not update the field with the text of the option selected.
  • Comments put on content pages created with other authoring tools may display on the 1st page.
  • When adding Comments to a Storyline course uploaded in IE11, navigating to a page with a previous comment entered prevents you from entering text on the Next page in the Comments Summary field.
    • A workaround for this is if this issue occurred when you had the Review Course window minimized, if you maximize the window you will then be able to enter text in the Comment Summary field. This also occurs vice versa, if maximized, minimize corrects the issue.

  • The draw button on Captivate title is not grayed out
  • Draw is not working for SCORM contents (Microsoft Edge)
  • Drawing an arrow over previous drawings causes the previous drawing to disappear and reappear based on position of arrow (IOS)
  • Unable to scroll to the New Comments/Respond pane on Android phone to add comments if all three panes (Comments on this page, Comment Thread, and New Comment/Respond) are open.
    • WorkAround:
Collapse the two top panes (Comments on this page and Comment Thread) and the New Comments/Respond pane would be visible.
  • Issues with floating keyboard on Andriod mobile devices while in portrait mode:
On tablet, keyboard will cause content to display in the area above, and appear as landscape. On phones, keyboard will overlay entry field if two or more panels are open.
    • Workaround:
Close any open panels prior to entering comments.
