Publishers and reviewers can provide comments on content items that are open for review. They can also add attachments to comments.
Comments can be promoted and tracked along a life cycle. Markup tools are provided for drawing comments directly on the content. Drawing markup comments is fully responsive. You can use the tools on any device. Your drawn comments will be saved as an image attachment and indicate in which device and orientation they were added.
Publishers can select from an expanded list of predefined statuses or add their own unique status, facilitating improved communication with reviewers and stakeholders. Reviewers can optionally verify each fixed comment and comments can be archived to complete the comment life cycle.
Publishers and reviewers can indicate a priority for each comment.
Comments provided by other reviewers are displayed so that you both do not leave the same comment. However, you can hide comments from other reviewers. For details, see Hiding comments from other reviewers.

You can set notifications to send and receive automated emails when content and comments are processed, such as when someone responds to a comment and when content is closed for comments. For details about setting notifications, see Configuring notifications. |
